Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges for items in their original condition, with original packaging and tags, within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team using the “Contact” page at the bottom of the website with your order number and details of the return or exchange. Size exchanges are subject to availability. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be processed once the item(s) are received back in our warehouse.  

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet its original condition. If you believe your purchased item is faulty or incorrect, please head to our “Contact” page which can be found at the bottom of the website and submit your request there. Please include a description of the matter, your order number and any supporting photos. All claims need to be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards and there is clear evidence that the faultiness is due to your own damage or neglect of the item(s).  

Refunds back to the original payment method will take, on average, 5-7 business days, but ultimately, depending on the bank’s discretion. 

Shipping and duty charges are not refundable and will not be covered by Quintessential unless the item(s) are proven faulty. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to us. 

Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered returned parcels! If our shipment to you gets lost, we will replace the item if available or refund upon request.
